Junior Brand Ambassador Sales

Job description

As Junior Brand Ambassador Sales, you play a key role in our brand strategy. You are the face of Bekina Boots with our key partners, from shops to end-users. Specifically, this means:

Being a brand ambassador:

• You are the face of Bekina Boots to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You promote our brand in an authentic and inspiring way to Key Opinion Leaders, retail outlets and professional end-users.
• You participate in events and trade fairs to raise awareness of our brand and make new contacts.
• Together with marketing department and your supervisor, you create interaction via social media and other online channels.

Sales & customer relations

• Actively sell products to professional end-users and decision-makers. You build strong, long-term relationships and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• You generate leads by visiting different target groups and identifying market opportunities.
• Monitoring the pricing strategy and correct market positioning of our products. You gather insights and provide feedback to improve sales and brand awareness.
• Ensuring brand identity: you check that our product range is presented consistently and correctly, both online and in shops.

Market research

• You analyse the market and competition to identify opportunities and trends.
• You collect and analyse customer feedback to further strengthen our brand.

Sales support

• You gather ideas from the market and then turn them into sales presentations that impress and can be used in marketing .
• You keep track of sales data, analyse it and contribute to improvement strategies.

What we expect from you

• Enthusiasm: You are a real fan of brands and radiate this.
• Communication: You are a good communicator and can explain complex issues in a simple way. You can express yourself fluently in German. English, French and Dutch is a nice plus.
• Relationship management: You build contacts easily and maintain these relationships with attention and curiosity
• Commercial attitude: you have a passion for sales and strive for results.
• Flexibility: You are willing to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing circumstances. You are willing to travel frequently.
• Experience in assertive sales is a must.
